Porto Judeu is a village on the east coast of Terceira, facing the open Atlantic and bathed in the characteristic light of the Azorean latitudes. The small community preserves the quiet pace of island rural life, with its blue-and-white houses, lush green pastures and the ever-present sea. The east coast of Terceira, less visited than the Angra do Heroísmo area, offers authentic and peaceful scenery with views over the ocean.
